My achievements

I contributed to improving the photovoltaic help center on the company website, managed social media platforms, and created various digital content to enhance communication and online visibility.

Web Content

I updated the website’s photovoltaic help center by creating clear, precise, and accessible technical fact sheets for customers, with illustrated PDF versions available for download. These fact sheets are designed to give customers a sense of autonomy by effectively addressing their needs.

I collaborated with the company’s technical/support department to identify customer needs.

I also wrote SEO-oriented web articles and FAQs.

Social Media

I managed the company’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn), adapting the format and content for each platform.

To define the content strategy, I developed a detailed, structured, and comprehensive editorial calendar to ensure efficient planning of publications.

I created visuals, photos (including drone footage), and videos for posts, as well as the accompanying captions, ensuring that each element aligned with the company’s communication and branding objectives. This approach helped optimize engagement and content visibility.

Marketing materials

I designed this comprehensive e-book to provide an in-depth overview of photovoltaic systems in Wallonia, adapted to the recent changes in 2024.

This detailed guide covers the essential aspects of solar panel installation, including current benefits, system operation, associated costs, and an introduction to Energreen.

The goal was to create an informative and accessible document to help consumers and businesses understand the opportunities offered by solar energy in the region.
